GUATEMALA'S INDEPENDENCE DAY 2024

On September 12th, members and guests celebrated Guatemala's Independence. The Director General of INGUAT provided us with a fabulous marimba group and video of the top scenic places to visit in Guatemala. We had a trivia quiz, and guest,  Irene Grinnel, told us  about the story behind  the song “ Luna de Xela.” The boquitas and traditional sweets were delicious  Much fun was had by all!
